Our Policies
All exchanges must be returned to ItemNet within ten (10) business days. If part is not received within the allotted time, you will automatically be invoiced for the full purchase price of the item.

All exchanges must be repairable (no alterations/physical damage), have a valid exchange number, and be an exact equivalent of the part shipped.

Upon receipt of the part on exchange, ItemNet will inspect it to make sure it is the correct part and eligible for exchange. If it is not accepted, we will ship the part back to you, at your expense, with an explanation for the return.

All parts are warranted against defect for thirty (30) days from original ship date. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from: accident, misuse, abuse, modification of the product, or installation of the product by a non-certified technician.

All services performed by ItemNet are warranted for thirty (30) days from ship date of the unit to the customer. The warranty immediately becomes void once the unit is serviced by anyone other than an ItemNet technician. The warranty does not cover damages caused by subsequent usage of non-recommended peripherals or any software related problems.

All non-defective items are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee or $50 processing fee, whichever is higher.

Non-returnable items include: consumables, memory, batteries, CPU's and special order items.
